Birth feels very different when you understand what is happening and what your options are.

I'm Emma Finch — a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), endorsed by CAPEA (Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia), and mum of two. I created The Better Birth Academy because I believe every expecting parent deserves clear, research-informed information and the confidence to make decisions that are right for them.
